Living on campus is an ideal way to immerse yourself in student life at Creighton. You will enhance your educational experience—和 make friendships that will last a lifetime. See below for information about the housing process, requirements 和 more.
住房 Information by Year
Freshman 和 sophomore students are required to live on campus unless approved to commute from their homes in the immediate Omaha area. To help you build community, make lifelong friendships 和 receive the support you need for success, you’ll be living with other first-year students—either on a floor or in one of our first-year freshman residence halls. Three out of our eight residence halls are typically designated for freshmen: Deglman, Swanson 和 格雷夫斯.

大二的时候, you’ll be required to live on campus unless approved to commute from your home in the immediate Omaha area. In the residence halls, we set you up for success by clustering you in halls with other sophomores. Swanson 和 McGloin Halls offer suite-style housing, while Kenefick, 海德 和 戴维斯广场 offer apartment-style living.

GradGuard Renters Protection Program
Renters insurance is required. As noted in your housing contract, Creighton University assumes no financial responsibility over the personal property of residents nor will the institution be financially responsible for large-scale, unintentional damage caused to university property by on-campus residents, such as a fire or sprinkler-head flood. You can purchase insurance through our recommended provider, GradGuard, or provide proof of insurance through your own provider.
